Welcome to Arizona Volleyball Academy 2021/2022 Season!
We are looking forward to a great season! See below for information regarding Tryouts and Open Houses.

| Age Group | Date & Time |
| 12's and under | November 6th at 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM |
| 14's and under | November 6th at 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM |
| 16's and under | November 20th from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM |
| 18's and under | November 20th from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM |

All tryouts will be held at Dysart Middle School [Map It!] |

The following forms are REQUIRED. Please download, fill out, and bring these forms to tryouts. These forms can be found on the Files & Forms page!
- 2022 COVID Participation Waiver
- Concussion Form
- Junior Player Medical Release Form (If you are a Junior Player)
- 2022 SafeSport Form
- AVA Contract Form
- Release for Jewelry Form
