Cost:	$15 for Players who Pre-Register $25 for Players who do not Pre-Register before the day of tryouts or who just show up at the door. Cash ONLY, please no checks Players must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Registration:	Pre-Registration will open in October To speed thing up at the tryouts, we would like everyone to Pre-Register on the internet and bring with them the printed out Tryout Registration Form, USAV Membership Form, and USAV Medical Release Form. Pre-registration deadline for 11's, 12's, 13's, and 14's is TBA Pre-registration deadline for 15's,16's, 17's and 18's is TBA To Pre-Register you will need to go to www.signuptoplay.com and follow these 4 steps. 1. On the Signuptoplay.com log-in page you will either log-in with your used name and password if you have one, or you should follow the instructions under the words "Create an account". 10's, 11's, and 12's see the note below. 2. Once you have logged in and/or created a new account, you will come to a screen that says "Volleyball Online Registration." On the left side of the page is a list of things you may select from. Select "My Info" and verify that all of the information is correct. If you make any changes be sure you click on the "Save" button before exiting My Info area. 3. Select "Tryouts" from the list on the left. Follow the instructions on the screen to register. 4. When you have completed registering, print out the Tryout Registration Form and mail it with payment to: TBA Payment must be made prior to the Tryout Date or the Walk-up fee of $25 will be charged. Note for 12 year old and less: If you are registering a player who is 12 years old or less, Internet laws require the registration program to verify that a parent is submitting the information. This is done by having the parent submit a credit card to a verification service (paypal is used in this case). Once you have completed that verification, you will need to return and complete the registration process on signuptoplay.com. The verification process does not register you for tryouts, not does it create an account on signuptoplay.com. Read the information on signuptoplay.com carefully.
Tryout Process:	AVA Tryouts will consist of: Registration Physical Testing Skill Evaluation Team Play Player Selection At the conclusion of the tryouts we will select players for each team. At the time of the selection each player and parent will be asked to sign a Financial Agreement Form. The initial payment will also be due at this time.
